FTP Connection problem

I am having problems accessing my hosting account via FTP. Each time I try to connect via my client, Transmit on Mac OS X, or via a browser, I get an error message that the username or password is incorrect.

I have verified via cPanel that I have all the login details correct. This means that I am currently unable to upload my site.

Please help.

Are you using tayo.ounje.x10.mx as your FTP server name? As of now, that domain isn't resolving correctly.So, you may use this temporarily:
-----------------------------
Host: chopin.x10hosting.com
Username: cPanel_username
Password: cPanel_password
Port: 21 (Optional)
-----------------------------

I have been using ftp.tayo.to as my FTP server name. Any indication as to when that will be resolving properly.

It should work as the IP is pointing correctly, however it would be easier to continue using what MaestroFX1 said if it works.
