My a/c is suspended for high usage. Please check this and restore my account ASAP as i neither have heavy data uplaoded nor have heavy volume.

Wordpress is a notorious CPU hog, to alleviate some of the stress on the system, it is highly recommended that you install the WP-SuperCache plugin, and also disable any other plugins (especially Sitemap plugins!) that you don't need (Askimet is fine, and you should leave that enabled to prevent spam).
