FTP, Webmail don't work

I've made FTP and mail accounts.

I can't log in to them.

I've made new ones, and change passwords for the old ones, with no success.

Are you logging in with the correct details?

You should be connecting via FTP to:
Host: your site (aka tk421.x10.mx)
Port: 21
Mode: Both Active and Passive should work, but try Passive in case Active is failing
Username: either your cPanel username or the username of an FTP account you made inside of cPanel. For accounts that you created, they will take the form of cpanelusername_accountname, so make sure you are typing it correctly
Password: either your cPanel password, or the password you configured when creating the FTP account.

I should clarify: I can access FTP and webmail fine with the default cPanel username account.

I can't access FTP or webmail with any users I've created in cPanel.

Hmm,

Well, it sounds like there might be a larger issue with FTP accounts and webmail on the chopin server. I'm going to bump this up to staff with more access to the system to investigate the cause of this issue.
