You can't -- the "zt" means that it's a zero-tolerance suspension for breaking the Terms of Service you agreed to when you signed up, and that it will not be unsuspended. Your account will be automatically deleted sometime after a 14-day suspension penalty. You will not be allowed any further access to your account for any reason.

You can't have more than one account. You need to wait for the current one to be deleted sometime after 14 days before signing up again.
