    Consistent "500 Internal Server Error"

Our domain hosted in your system (www.mammothmind.net) suffered a consistent error.
This error happens once in a while consistently.

We are hoping for your support for this matter.

Again, we already checked our files (.htaccess) but found no error at all. (We had removed .htaccess files to see if it causes this error but found no luck at all)

It is quiet disappointing to have this consistent error because it may affect our future clients impression. If this error would persist, we may eventually transfer our hosting to another better service provider.

    Dear antspocket

    Yes.I understand your concern.
Contrary to your suspicion, the problem is not because of the server. The reason is that if you go to this url "antspocket.x10.bz", the site is actually working. It is showing the following contents.
    "
    Index of /

    antspocket.co.cc/
    antspocket.com/
    mammothmind.net/
    "
Even then I checked that www.mammothmind.net is not functional. This could very well be due to .htaccess (client side)or the apache server configuration (server side).
    Hence,we check one by one.
    You do the following.
Please do this.Empty the .htaccess file and put the .htaccess back in to your site folder. And check again.
Also note that all folders should have 755 permissions and permissions of all files should be 644.
Else the same error can occur.
Mean time..let me check with the staff regarding Starka server.
We will resolve it ..but kindly be patient.

Re: Consistent "500 Internal Server Error"

The website is up and running again today, though We didn't change any files yet.
I am afraid that this error would happen again sooner. I hope not.
But we will comply to your instruction so that it would be fixed once and for all.

It seems that there is something happening behind the scenes that makes the website suffer from this error once in a while, alternately..

Okay. I did it personally, to make sure the .htaccess files are correct.

    We'll check that also.
