Dear Sir/Madam,
My hosting account was blocked because I was uploading a phishing web page for my Ethical Hacking & Network Security Training Class, I am really sorry for the ignorance. Although I assure you that it was for testing/educational purpose I just needed a server to test it out. I have been using your services since over 2 years now and this is embarrasing. I request you to unsuspend me and I will upload no such thing on this server again and will read all the terms of use againt just in case I dont ignore any rules again.

No. As per section 8 of the Terms of Service to which you agreed upon signup:

8. Suspensions

If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.

Do not ask again.

I know you are not under any obligation but as a human you can understand and respect the hard work done by someone. I am sure i had done a mistake by violating your TOS but as a good and honest company you can help me out. I am just asking for help Sir.

As x10hosting's abuse compliance officer I have reviewed your complaint.

You have earned a 15 point infraction for being told by two separate people that it is permanent, and now three as I am telling you the same exact thing.

Further posting on this issue will result in your access to the ticket system being revoked permanently. You uploaded a phishing page which is NOT legal, even for educational purposes. We are also hardly considered "private testing" given that we are accessed by thousands upon thousands of unique users daily.


You broke the law, you broke our TOS, and now it's time to pay the price. The TOS flat out says you won't get your files back, so it should be no surprise that you aren't able to get the files back. If that is, that's no longer our problem.


This ticket is closed - do not reopen it. Period.
