Login Problems

Hello,
I have been unable to log in to the control panel for my hosting account for several weeks. My information is as follows:

User name: gfacini
Email: Gail_F@msn.com

When I click on "Forgot Password" it tells me that no such email address is registered. I can log in to the Forums, but not my account cpanel.

My web pages are still active. At this point I can't think of any solution besides getting a new account and moving all of my files and web pages over from the old account to the new account.

Can anyone please help with this? Thank you in advance.

The email address shown on the system for your account is sdrawdeg[at]gmail[dot]com. Please try that.
