It was a temporary issue where I was receiving both 500 and timeout errors on attempting to load anything located on stoli, ftp failed... and reproduced from more than one service provider... I'm calling it a hiccup at this point.

Our monitor shows the server online and working correctly. I can browse your site and my test site on your server with no issues.

Well at the moment I sent in the post, I was producing the issue. Approximately 2 minutes afterward, it cleared. Total down time, about 5 mins. Reproduced by more than two locations in the U.S. It was so transient I'm not even worried about it now... I wouldn't have caught it myself save for timeouts attempting to FTP.
