    blame for honesty?

We are also hardly considered "private testing" given that we are accessed by thousands upon thousands of unique users daily.

    Re: blame for honesty?

    Hello,

As you said in a previous post:
    Dear Sir/Madam,
My hosting account was blocked because I was uploading a phishing web page for my Ethical Hacking & Network Security Training Class, I am really sorry for the ignorance. Although I assure you that it was for testing/educational purpose I just needed a server to test it out. I have been using your services since over 2 years now and this is embarrasing. I request you to unsuspend me and I will upload no such thing on this server again and will read all the terms of use againt just in case I dont ignore any rules again.
    Looking forward to your cooperation.
    Kind Regards
    Rahul
You've incriminated yourself, so therefore have no grounds to say you didn't do anything wrong. Do not post about this again. The account remains permanently suspended under section 8 of the ToS.

    Re: blame for honesty?

And hats off both for reopening the ticket, and for a direct attack upon my person by calling me out when you have been CONFIRMED to have hosted a phishing page. Enjoy the forced vacation, I'm not in the mood to start going and requoting the TOS -again-.

TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
