Can't login to CPanel anymore with same credentials that I used to be able to login

I'm trying to clear a suspension on my Hosting Account. However, when I go to login to the CPanel it says: "Invalid email address or password supplied.".

I actually don't have an email address as a username, I use my forum account or just 'sfcb'. Now that does not work.

The email address shown on your account is: hecter.guy[at]gmail[dot]com
Please try with that as the username and your password as it was before.
You can then click "Hosting" in the header bar and follow the links to the suspensions page to resolve it.

As I said on IRC, I went ahead and unsuspended your account for you since it's been in suspension for longer than 14 days, so I didn't want to risk the system deleting it before you were able to unsuspend it yourself. However, you should still see if you are able to log onto the account panel in order to ensure that if this happens again, you know how to fix it yourself.

Please also be advised that it is a requirement to log onto these forums once every 31 days to keep your account active, posting is never required.
