How i can restore default system of file manager?
Cpanel have reset function?
Hello,
To remove Drupal from your account (assuming Drupal was the only thing on your account before this):
1. Open up your public_html folder in cPanel File Manager or FTP and delete everything inside of that folder (do not delete public_html itself, just everything inside of it)
2. Go into MySQL Databases in cPanel and delete all of the databases and database users
To install Drupal again
1. Go to the drupal website and download it
2. Upload the package in cPanel File Manager or FTP
3. Use the "Extract" feature in cPanel File Manager to expand the files
4. Go to cPanel MySQL Database Wizard to create a new database and database user (give it all privileges)
5. Follow the rest of the drupal install instructions (typically found either in a README file or on the drupal website)
DO NOT USE FANTASTICO OR SOFTACULOUS, THEY TEND TO BREAK THINGS HORRIBLY
Yes, but in my case :
I installed drupal and removed.
When I tried to reinstall it always gave me various errors.
The problem in my case is Legacy File Manager and File Manager of CpPanel:
I do not know why but in the public_html folder continued to generate these file :
lihsa.pcriot.com_ (i think residual of past drupal)
Inside the file :
<?$thisdb = "shiki81_drpl1"; $thisdomain = "lihsa.pcriot.com"; $thisscriptpath = "/home/shiki81/public_html"; ?>
If You want to control can download it from address: http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=61174501965149724259
To resolve :
I had to delete this file with FTP client.
Only after I was able to successfully install Drupal with FANTASTICO OR SOFTACULOUS.
I hope this will be useful to someone my own experience.
Thanx for helping,
by lihsa
