HELP! index.php not working - redirects to defaultwebpage.cgi

When upload my simple index.php file for my subdomain http://www.testing.devnerd.info
it redirects me to defaultwebpage.cgi. Why? thanks in advance

Clear your browser cache and history. (add ?fooo to the end of the url to fool ISP caching if that does not work). I don't see the default page, but I do see PHP error messages.
