I successfully created a database using the database wizard.... associated a user to the database with all privileges however when i login with phpmyadmin it simply pops up "NO DATABASES".............how is this possible i took every possible precaution while creating the database............it's just driving me crazy

It should not happen the way you mentioned.
But in cPanel hit the MySql Databases option and check one more time and revert back.

Nope tried again it's not working............still i get "NO DATABASES".................somebody help me out fellas..........

Can you please log into cPanel and click on the "MySQL Databases" icon (not the wizard), and take a screenshot of that page? Also, how many databases are reported in use in the left column of the main cPanel page?
