Cannot access my cpanel and files

When I login to my cpanel i receive a message as below. So i cannot do anything in cpanel and cannot connect througn ftp clients. What i have to do make it working
"The filesystem mounted at /home/vrarohit on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition."
