Cannot log in to Cpanel

Hi not sure why but I cannot log into my control panel...
The connection just times out.. It says Stoli at the beginning which I did not notice before...

Yes, the company is based in New Hampshire. I'm in the UK though. I'm not 100% sure where the datacentre is.
