Site is down, no reported downtime, and cPanel will not login.

When I load my site it will not load, and upon opening my cPanel (adding the 2082 port), I enter my details and log in, this redirects me to the server cPanel and I get this error:
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

I can't find out why it's down.
