failed to load

I have been getting error messages when I try to even load the website lately:
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

This is happening from several different locations. I cannot connect via ftp, or to the cpanel or anything.

I can reach the host address fine, but there must be something going on that isnt allowing me to connect to my site/account.

Please advise
