Can't change file permissions on files with chmod 0000

[zenstarstudio90]

It always says permission denied when I try to change it to 0644.

The location of these files are in
sohoadmin/program/modules/forms_manager/images/

I need some help please.
EDIT:
I found more 0000 chmod files in
sohoadmin/program/modules/forms_manager/includes

FIXED:
I did a cheat way of fixing it
all I did was compress everything
download on my win xp comp then uploading and extracting.

Nice to see that you are problem free now.
Also you can used ftp program like Filezilla to do the same.
I just see that it was still working.
