Account suspend

I have my hosting account who is suspend, i have logging me in the x10hosting forum, how many time is necessary for reactivate my account ?

Hello,

You must login to the forums at least once every 31 days to keep your account active. Posting is not required. If you are unsuspended before logging in, your account may have been immediately queued again for suspension.
You can unsuspend yourself from the account panel.

But i was logging this morning to the forum, and my account is already suspend, what the procedure for reactivate it after logged to the forum ?

Hello,

You simply log into the account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php) then click "Hosting" in the header bar, and follow the instructions. Remember to use your email address as username.

Ooh yes ! sorry i haven't see that...
But i'ved click on reactivate and it's say to me an error message like reactivate code is wrong ...
and my account is already suspend...
Im very very sorry for the convenient and thank you very much in advance, this website is very important and necessary for me today..

Unfortunately i'vent write the error message it was a message like : error 654 invbalid reactivate code
and since this message in the hosting rubrique i havent reactivate option...
