If you believe I am not the owner of the domain http://rethorixx.pcriot.com than you're wrong. If you don't believe me (which I could understand) just send a mail to **themacdemo(at)hotmail.com then i can follow I kind of a confirmation link or something to reset that account. I just want to be able again to login using the controlpannel using my username a500500. All my files on that server may be gone. No problem. I have backup.
All i would like to see is the ability to login again using my username, password. I would also like to have the domainname back. Which is suspended now.
If you have the power to unsuspend that domain and link it to the username a500500 and link it back to the loginusername **themacdemo(at)hotmail.com** it would be great. I don't see a privacy issue here. I just gave you all the information you need to know I believe.

It has nothing to do with that; your account is not linked to that email address.

For cpanel a5003551, there is no result found, meaning that a500500 is likely the correct username.


And it's not that we don't believe you are the owner of that domain. It's that none of the information matches up - wrong forum name, wrong email address. The larger problem is it was suspended for inactivity - in order to NOT get suspended again, you have to login as the correct user so it actually realizes you logged in on the forums, or it'll just suspend you again.

I can say this much however. I'm not permitted to give out the email address or vbulletin name attached to the account, however neither the forum username nor the email address are anything similar to yours, barring that the email is hosted with the same email provider.



Edit: A side note from that screencap as well - the date of last suspension doesn't match the suspension most recently issued on the account on 6-5. The screencap shows it as 6-1.

Sadly yeah, I really was not allowed to disclose the full email XD

Part of the NDA I signed when being hired for Abuse Compliance Officer, along with being in the privacy policy - I can't actually disclose any information on any account that the account holder doesn't verify themselves. I get the logic behind it though, they don't want us giving out info to the wrong person
