I had uploaded few .html files on your server, that too in public_html directory. But when I try to access those files through my browser by writing the correct URL in the address bar, still they do not show up. Kindly help me in this regard

I spoke to an admin about this earlier, and it seems you've been rather unlucky. Due to this: (Some Server Issues \ Updates) files are being copied between volumes on our SAN at the moment, and it seems yours was created and "missed the first train". Unfortunately, your account was created after it had been passed, so now you will just have to wait for the next pass I'm afraid, in something like 9-10 hours. Apologies for the inconvenience.
