Starka - Database Errors

Hi,

I'm currently having issues with MySQL.

PhP Admin is showing several of my tables as "In Use" and when I select them, ir says:

#1033 - Incorrect information in file: './flyboy_database1/products_planes_kits.frm'

This was working fine a few hours ago and I just received a call from a customer who said they cannot access my website.

This is happening to 14 out of 24 tables.

I hope this issue can be resolved. I do have database backups if required.

Hi,
Are you sure if you have error free database tables as a backup?If so it is a plus point.
If you suspect the problems with the present database, it seems to me that you might have installed a new component / extension to the cms you might be using.Is it joomla by anyway?If so what I suspect can be correct straightaway.
A few times I saw certain joomla components/plugins giving error after they are installed.
Now try repairing the database with phpmyadmin
Try this
If you still fail,
try removing the new extensions if you had installed recently.
Check again.
Server is fine by the way so it must be the database .

I haven't added anything to the site in terms of data for a while now.

The tables that are affected are ones that I've had for quite some time. All my scripts are custom and haven't changed in the past 2 days to provoke this.

I've noticed other people posting the same problems so my guess is something messed up in MySQL for Starka.

Any admins figure out this problem yet?
