Want to buy a premium a/c only have some qustion..

Hello,

i want to buy a premium a/c from here..only i wants to know will it be able to handle at least 100 concurrent online users at a time? Please view what my site is now taking the system resources and tellme if a premium a/c can take the load..

Hello,

This is a bit of a difficult question to answer, depending on what your website would be doing it shouldn't be a problem. 100 users at a time is quite average especially since the premium web hosting servers have far less abuse and less users on them per server.

That being said, eventually depending on how your site grows you may need to upgrade further to a VPS solution or even a dedicated server. After having a look at your site it seems to be some sort of social network site, which might I add looks quite nice and I hope it goes well for you.

To sum it up, it shouldn't be a problem but if your site continues to grow you may need to upgrade further than a premium shared hosting account and go with a VPS or dedicated server solution.

I opened this site just for couple of days only..yeah it's a Social Networking site and as for my check it's now taking something about 4.64 MB system memory and 5.0 avg. process..

For now i want to buy the 3 years premium hosting plan..

you told me 100 online users is quite average since i have now only 10 users and sometimes 4 of them get online together

i have only little confusion about my chat service because it is a stand alone chat which depends on my sites sql server and php..

so it will be resource intensive if 100 users start to chat with each other and browse the site..
i think you know that chating needs two simultaneous process both in front end and back end..

so its little headache to me if a premium a/c can handle this load..

yeah i can upgrade to vps or ds if my site grows..but right now im unable to do so..honestly i haven't much resource for that..

so please do a little analysis on my current a/c and give me a assessment..

Hello,

From the way you described your chat working, I think your chat feature would be too resource intensive for our shared-hosting environment. Because of the number of simulatenous connections that would be required to the database which would increase exponentially with the number of users that join your site it would end up causing too many problems with the server.

The best option would be a VPS or dedicated server solution. Unfortuantely I wish I had better news for you.

well, i can upgrade to a vps or ds later, but really i cant now..it will be little bit expensive at this moment for me....

can i ask, how many user you allow in one premium hosting server?
