General Error - incorrect information in file

Having this since yesterday evening. I made no changes to the database or files. Every table in my database has "incorrect information in file". Repairing tables does not work.

I just read this in News and Announcements. Am I right in saying that this is the cause of the error? Is Starka one of the servers affected?

I think Database server is a different one.But I need to confirm the same.
Starka will be served with the changes suggested by Mr.Corey but I donot think this should be the reason.
By the way, do you have the backup?
Can you try installing another sample phpbb3 using softaculous and revert back?

I didn't make a backup because there was no need to. I could access my forum just fine before I get that General Error
