Well since the proxy itself doesn't appear to be on our servers, I believed it should be allowed. Your page is just loading another third party proxy service through an HTML frame.

As it is right now, yep.

Just make sure you don't upload any actual proxy scripts onto your account. Using a third party service in a frame is fine.
