Can't submit unsuspension request

Hello,
My account was automatically suspended today (June 26) but I cannot submit a request to have it unsuspended. When I click on the suspension description, the whole suspension history page just refreshes. In the page that shows pending and resolved requests, I don't see any unsuspension request pending.

I'm also not sure why my account was suspended in the first place. Thanks for your help.
