Unsuccessful Login

I am not able to login in my CPanel. It just shows, not available. What should I do?

Try loggin in with your user id (not the email)

Else login to the x10hosting.com/control using email id and password and then hit the " view details" for your hosting account and then it opens this page "https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&u=" where you will have an option to hit "Go to cPanel"
Revert back if you still face a problem.
