    automatic supension / phpmyadmin

the system keeps setting my account on automatic suspension for high performance usage when all i try is to make a DB Backup with phpmyadmin. (which keeps resulting in the backup being incomplete since the account gets suspended while its not fully downloaded). Is there any way to modify the automatic suspension in a way that it lets phpmyadmin (the pre-installed one) use more resources ?

    Hello,

I have unsuspended your account. To cut down on resource usage, try only backing up part of your database at a time (so split it into 2-3 different backup requests). Otherwise, you can upgrade to prime to double your allowed resources (do note, however, that since prime is an upgrade to the newer infinity package, and you're still on the old package, you'll actually LOSE one parked domain in the upgrade, but all of your other resources will still increase).
