Unable to login via FTP since I changed domain name

I recently submitted a request to change domain names from manpower.x10.bz to nawala.co.cc. The change was successful, but since I haven't been able to log in via FTP (to "ftp.nawala.co.cc", using username "manpower").

Recently you have updated domain and password.
Are you sure if you are now using correct ftp user id and password?
If so, do the following
go to cPanel, ftp accounts and then create one new account that points to the public_html.
Try accessing this ftp account..if you can, then the previous un-accessibility was due to a password problem.
Else..revert back.

Thanks for the prompt reply. You are correct. I did change the password, but only after unsuccessfully attempting to login with with the old password. I'm able to use the new password to login to x10hosting.com, cpanel and the forums, but it doesn't work for FTP. As per your suggestion, I created another account pointing to public_html and I'm still unable to log in.

Any other suggestions?

To clarify, what FTP details are you using? Do not post any passwords.

I'm been trying the following (with both FTP and SFTP):

1) manpower (main FTP)
2) test@nawala.co.cc (temp account for testing)

Error log:

Not sure what happened there. Was the co.cc domain pointed to another host before?

Old domain was manpower.x10.bz, which also pointed to starka.x10hosting.com.

Yes, but was the co.cc pointed elsewhere before? It's possible the old DNS entry was cached on your computer, thus pointing your client to the wrong IP.
