My site is down

Hello, my site is down. I noticed that you have some general server issues, but I just would like to know what's the problem. It worked fine just five minutes ago. Now when i go to my site, sometimes it appears that site is temporairly down and sometimes it shows cloud flare and says down. Please somebody help me. P.S I also unable to log-in to cPanel.

Please clear your browser cache and try again.
