Big Cpanel Problem

hi, when i try to access to my cpanel control, i insert my info, username and pass, when i press login,
he said me : login attempt fail, and if i continue ti put username and pass appear one windows where is writing :

Why This? i must change username or what?
Please Help Me , i had another cpanel with this name gab69, and it was the first to write this, and than this...
why' is the username?
