No. The only nameservers that would work for your domain are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
in premium hosting will it be available? because there one can get a unique ip for host a site..
Creating your own name servers is only available on our VPS plans, as it requires each nameserver to have a DIFFERENT dedicated ip
you mean $1/month extra?

ns1188.dns.dyn.com. ['208.76.58.188'] (NO GLUE) [TTL=86400]
ns2172.dns.dyn.com. ['208.76.59.172'] (NO GLUE) [TTL=86400]
ns3155.dns.dyn.com. ['208.76.60.155'] (NO GLUE) [TTL=86400]
ns4138.dns.dyn.com. ['208.76.61.138'] (NO GLUE) [TTL=86400]
how you set this?
this is a free service bro. you can find it on dyn.com or zoneedit.com and many other providers.

this service looks kinda messy and give a free look. if you don't want this "free" associated with your nameservers, then i recommend use of cloudflare.

but dyn.com kinda looks like premium service..how can i sign up there?
to use this service did you have to buy additional ip for $1/month?
as you asked in another topic..why dont you use something like ns1.chatindia.co.in ?
well, cloudflare is not compatible with my site..
it smokes the whole registration process..
i already tested it....
no you don't have to pay $1/month additional fee. I am using dyn.com to save that $1 only.
