Dear Support!

I want to backup my web site with ftp. The system is suspend my account. A have unsuspended now, but i dont now how backup my file. If i will setup my ftp client for 1 downdload slot at a time?

please help me.

Howdy;
Please take a look at This Article which explains how to backup your site.
It is not FTP but you may mind it helpful anyway.
