Please resolve my suspension

Suspension Reason: Lwscanner: virus detected, php. C99-6 in c99ud. Php [zero tolerance, permanent suspension] [lwscanner].

Some one uploaded this script to my server by taking advantage of a vulnerability in my site. I will be more vigilance upon this. So please resolve my suspension .

First and foremost update Joomla if there's updates available, then see if you can get to their main forums and check if anyone has the exploit fix figured out yet. For now, it'll be a few moments cause I have to erase the shell app first so it doesn't instant-kill again.
