It seems its a nulled software found.So a zero tolerance suspension hence the user can never get files back.
But I think you are trying to say that you have a proof for the legal ownership of the files and you say that we "Think" they are nulled.
You can put the proofs here and if they are authentic,then I think your account would be fine.
Go ahead and show the proofs ASAP else Zero Tolerance is anyways ON.

Technically you can sign up for a new account when your current, suspended, account has been terminated, which will be any time after at least 14 days has passed since the suspension was placed.

You will however not get any access back to the account you have now, including any backups, so unless you have your own backups, all data would be lost for you.

But the account was lost because you used a nulled version.
If you are going to buy the av arcade,which would cost you so much,why dont you consider a paid host which allows you different options.
X10 takes its ToS really seriously.
