Unsuspend Account?

I've tried clicking the "ticket" button in the area that shows my account suspension notification ... but it doesn't show an open ticket. I tried this yesterday and gave it some time ... but still nothing today. Is there another way to request that my account be reactivated?

Your account does not seem to be suspended. What makes you think it is?

I just figured it out. There was an "unsuspension" request from back in April that still showed active with an error message. Not sure why, but found a "clear" option. Once I did that, I was able to click a button to request unsuspension. Worked! Not sure what the problem was with the message from back in April ... my account was successfully reactivated back then very quickly. But I won't worry about that since working now :-)
