Unsuspension

I was taking back-up of my site [php + files of my forum] & my site got suspended for high system resource usage. I have posted a unsuspension request too E90oO1BcczZf. Can you please tell me after account is unsuspended when can I take back-up.

I was doing the manual back-up when my site got suspended. I'll like to know when can I do my manual back-up so that my account does not get suspended. Cause both time my account got suspended was when I was doing manual back-up. If I wait for few days and do the back-up will my problem will be solved?

Instead of compressing the files for the backup on your hosting account, you can connect via FTP and download all of the files, then compress them on your local computer

If you get suspended when exporting your database in phpmyadmin, try exporting only a few tables at a time instead of the entire database at once.

Waiting will not solve your issue as the resource limits do not change

Thanks I'll give it a try. But I hope it does not create any problem when I load the back-up of php in future.

I was able to get files from FTP and tried to select few modules from php to take back-up. But while taking back-up of php site got suspended again

Edit :-Thanks for Unsuspending my account. I was able to take back-up of my php in 4 parts.
