I'll say it again. sonyhack.tk is not linked to your current username - you MUST submit the ticket from the account linked to the sonyhack.tk domain.

The only help I can give due to our privacy policy is that the forum username in question is -nothing- like yours.

As was said before, you need to login to the account linked to the http://sonyhack.tk domain for us to proceed any further due to privacy.
For the record, that username you stated in your last post is incorrect on both accounts.
