migration to premium

hi there, i am about to migrate to the premium hosting account and just want to quickly double check a few details:
firstly, when asked for the existing domain, is this the internetservicesltd.x10.mx
secondly, when asked for a phone number i only have a british mobile (cell), should this be entered without the leading zero
thirdly, when i type in the address of the parked domain ie www.internetservicesltd.co.uk it brings up a page saying teh account is suspended, but when logged into the account management page it says the account is not suspended

Yes.It is..as you are to be migrated, the admins need to know your hosting details.

You can delete the + while you enter the phone number.

Yes.But this is a peculiar issue.I did not see it before.
"internetservicesltd.x10.mx" is still working perfectly.
But www.internetservicesltd.co.uk is not.
I suggest one change.You delete the parked domain and add it again parking to the correct page/required page.Your account is fine and healthily working so deleting and adding the parked domain could solve the problem.
