Suspended due to Exceeding Quota

hello, in the last month my account has been suspended because of exceeding quota for 2-3 times. but i think this should not be the case as there is minimum traffic on my account.
the account has been suspended again however the status shows active. how do i unsuspend myself, pls guide me
also how do i know what resources are being overloaded so that i can take care in the future or remove those components that are overloading the system.

Your site should be fine now. The system hadn't completely/properly unsuspended you after the last suspension.
