Never ending issues while trying to access my website/control panel :(

Greetings everyone,

I've been experiencing lots of random issues over the past 6 months on x10hosting and it's really starting to get on my nerves ...

Lately my website has been suspended because I didn't log into the forums in time (fair enough ...), but even though I logged on it still appears as suspended.

And now for 2-3 days I've encountered random errors codes while trying to access the control panel (example: "It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (1E4B3B5A)", and while trying to access my webpage, a message is displayed stating:

Website specified does not exist:
When it comes to free web site hosting, x10Hosting is an industry leader. The features offered in our packages are unparalleled compared to our competition.

The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account.

I think that I had more downtime that uptime during the last few months ... Can someone seriously tell me what the heck is going on? Has my website simply been deleted?

Hello,

There is a current issue with the account panel. It is likely related to ongoing maintenance. Please check the News and Announcements.
As for the suspension, you must login to the forums at least once every 31 days to keep your account active. Logging in anywhere else does not count. Once you have logged in you then need to request unsuspension from your account panel. It is not automatic. Seeing as it's not working, I have unsuspended you manually this once to reduce any unnecessary wait.

Well, thank you very much for replying on a saturday afternoon. Apologies for not remembering that I had to unlock my account from my forum account (I still think that this could be improved somehow).

Anyways, thanks again, everything seems to be working again ... For now.

I can understand the problem.Stpvoice has been clean and kind.But if you plz visit the forums, there is every notification of what update is going on with the sites and this free hosting section has answers to various issues that both newbies and experts face.
Hence I would request to be patient and search the forums just before requesting the help.Anyway, we will be happy to help..
