I can't log into my cPanel & I keep getting an error.

I've been trying to log in all morning, with no success. I keep getting an error.. "It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (BA13A78" Nothing should be wrong with my account, it shouldn't be suspended or anything. It's frustrating, I just want to sign in. The error happens frequently, and usually after a few refreshes or logging in again it'll work fine, but not today for some reason.
