Sign-up problems

This has definitely not been a good start for me. I tried signing up earlier yesterday and got so far as the red message denying me access to the control panel so I went onto the forum and saw all the posts and decided not to say anything as it was being dealt with. Since that issue has been fixed I have tried to sign up what is probably literally now 10 times and every time I get an error like this:

Pending Hosting Account Signup submitted July 3 at 3:42 am MTLZMFKGYASU

Error occurred during processingerror code 5F9488D4 result An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. This error was fatal to the request. Please reattempt your hosting signup again or create a support request


How soon can this issue be fixed?

If someone can create an account manually and can't see the details already then the username can be "timemedl" and the subdomain can be "thetimemeddlers" under domain since I already have a cz.cc domain which are pointed to the x10 name servers that I found via a forum search.

Hope this issue can be sorted out ASAP.

Edit: I forgot to add that I have tried changing the password (twice) to something longer and then a bit shorter and adding numbers. I have also tried using a different domain name as well.

I have managed to sign up now however I am now unable to login into cpanel.

Did you get the email saying "welcome to your new hosting account?"
Where are you trying to access cPanel and what error message do you get if any?

Yes I have received the "x10Hosting Hosting Account Created" email.

When I try to login via either the button on the hosting site or manually I get this error under the following url:

https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/

Login Attempt Failed!
