Cpanel trouble.

I'm aware with the account panel issues, but my account panel is working fine. My site is also fine. But I cannot access the control panel.

I get:

"Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at boru.x10hosting.com:2083."

Well nobody replied to this, but I just wanted to say today my Cpanel is working fine.. So no more issue.
