Cannot use outgoing mail server

I have tried setting up my outgoing mail server, but it will not work in any configuration:

username: dontturn
username: dontturn@serverofepicosity.co.cc
username:dta@serverofepicosity.co.cc

server:mail.serverofepicosity.co.cc
server:smtp.serverofepicosity.co.cc

port:25
port:465

But no matter how I try to get this to work, it won't

I discovered that my ISP blocks port 25, but not port 26. If there is any way you could open up that port for me, I'd be great!

We cannot change what port a service is running on, as this would affect every user on the server. Also, what mail client are you trying to configure?
