Hello,

You've been suspended for script hosting and having a transloader. It was a manual suspension from our Abuse Compliance Officer, meaning that any error is extremely unlikely. Under section 8 of the Terms of Service to which you agreed upon signup, your account is permanently suspended. You can have no further access to it for any reason.

Where did you get the idea that it was rapidleech that got you suspended? The suspension doesn't say rapidleech anywhere.

What got you suspended was the transloading script, which is a double violation of File Hosting and Script Hosting. The File Hosting in this case also triggered copyright infringement as you went and downloaded an mp3 with it.


This is permanent, and you're not getting the account back. Period. I have absolutely no tolerance at this point for transloaders, as they are what have been causing the server to fill up lately.

I would not ask you to reactivate and i am sorry.i didn't know that transloader can harm your server.i apologize..but is indexing script allowed or it would lead to suspension.means i will not host any files but give links to(of pdf) friends after indexing.and can i use such scripts after upgrading(including transloader)
