Getting error messages - Website not found - NOT SUSPENDED

I am getting alternating messages, where in one instance I can log in through Joomla admin panel online at my website url but when viewing the site, it goes to web site not found from x10hosting.com. This is alternating pattern where my account is NOT suspended on boru server - something is awry, I suspect. fyi
