HELP! fantastico wont install

i am trying to install phpBB onto me new site i made last 3 days and it worked the 1st time but some thing went wrong and i had to reinstall it...

now if i was to reinstall it it will come out with this:

how do you manually remove it? as if i delet it the filemanager thing puts new files into it?

In cpanel you have to use filemanager to remove the files and folders
