account info missing

Hi, all the info from my account is missing - files, etc. Is there a way to get this restored? If I don't log into to the forum within 30 days, does everything get permently deleted on day 31?

If you donot login for 30 days, your account will be suspended and an email will be sent to you.But you can unsuspend it with in sometime.
If the account stays unsuspened for more than the stipulated time, the account will be permanently suspended and the files will be deleted

As your account is currently active, your files must not have been deleted by X10Hosting.But Something else should have happend.
If you have deleted them accidentally,I think you can restore them using Legacy File Manager in cPanel.
