Stoli sever is functioning correctly.
So it is a problem with your account.
Can you let us know if you did anything to the .htaccess file?
If so,you have to replace the same with a new but empty one.
Also verify if all folders are given a 755 permissions and all files with 644 permissions.
If that does not work, just zip move all files in the public_html into a temporary folder and check if your site works then..
else revert back.
